While every effort is taken to maintain the quality of the product, there may be certain scenarios that are out of our reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy

- Any request for cancellation to be made within 3 hours from the time of order confirmation.
- Once the order is cancelled we will initiate the refund within the next 24 to 72 hours.
- Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS
As a company policy we do not provide refund/exchange on any product sold as each dress is custom made.
We take at most care by quality checking before shipping of the product.
However, if you claim any damage, we would require a parcel opening video to get the replacement of the product and please inform us within 4-7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at [email protected] with order number, full name, address and video of the damaged product and our team will contact you within 2-4 business days and will guide you through the process of the product replacement.
