To ensure better clarity on shipping timelines, please go through our shipping policy below.
Every order is processed within 24 hours of receiving the same. However, in case of public holidays or weekend’s, the order will be processed on the next immediate day.
YOUR EVERY ORDER
- Undergoes a compliance process
- Will be shipped on business days, which are Monday – Friday
- All orders require a street address
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY TIMELINES
We follow a delivery timeline of 2 to 7 working days for standard products.
Products that are made on order basis require 10-15 working days to deliver.
Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared to the registered email address to track the shipment.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will help you track down your package through our partnering courier company
